Aundrea Jones is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Alcorn State University and a Master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Aundrea has clinical experience supporting clients facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, infidelity, and neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism and ADHD. She has also worked extensively with veterans and their families, addressing concerns related to substance use, domestic violence, and major life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique experiences. Aundrea integrates evidence-based and systemic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Collaborative Dialogic Practice.
Her clinical training includes experience in both a VA hospital setting and a group practice, along with specialized training in the Nurturing Families Program. She is committed to creating a supportive space where clients can gain insight, develop practical tools, and move toward healing and meaningful change.
